Swiss watch brand Frederique Constant closed September 2008 with an 18% growth rate, a number which surpassed the company's September 2007 results. The figure is a new record for Frederique Constant, whose manufacturing facility is located in the Geneva industrial suburb of Plan-les-Oates.

Frederique Constant was founded by Peter Stas and Aletta Stas; over the twelve years the company has been in operation, it has seen consistent growth between 25 and 30 percent, establishing itself as a solid player in the Swiss luxury watch industry. The brand's watches are available at over 2,500 points of sale around the globe, and production figures for 2008 are approximately 100,000 pieces.
